Information? Society. We don't mean to go on, but the key summit documents still haven't been updated on the WSIS website, after the weekend's key negotiations - despite our calls and emails to the press office..

Update 2200 CET: The documents are now available. Thanks to Robert from the ITU for the link.

Yes, they were. They were published there on the 6th and they've just been updated after the morning 8th negotiations. See

Thanks for the link. All I can say is - we're good web users and we looked very hard for the document.. so how are most people supposed to find it?

Dunno. My traipsing through the online stuff was pretty horrific. I think the people who designed Microsoft's Knowledgebase may have had a hand in designing the site.

Seriously... it doesn't have near enough information to be as complex as it is.

Or maybe that's to keep the less persistent out...

They were posted on the WSIS home page under "Special Announcements".

Two things to say..

One - We've got the documents page bookmarked - and they were not on that part of the site when I posted the story (and surely that's were they should be) - I'm sure of that. We didn't see the special announcements link.

Two - I've updated the post to clarify things.

Thanks for all the feedback, it's much appreciated.
