Comments: It's been a good fight this evening,

USA - EU on energy 1 - 0

USA - EU in trade war 0 - 1

Sum 1 - 1

I think the trade-off was on energy and sanitation: 1-1 on these issues.

I think the EU probably shaded the rest of the agreement - but as Ms Wallström pointed out, the EU and US tended to be evenly balanced, with victory going to whoever had the other rich countries and the G77 on board.

I think the NGOs scored quite a few points as well - on WTO and corporate responsibility for example.

I Would underline the david'comment .

According to the FEO quote (being 22/100) are WTO and corporate responsibility not quoted. Then we can hope from Bhopal affair that Union Carbide responsability willn't be erased. Won't it increase the quote to 50/100?
What do you think of?
