Comments: Very few people at the summit
I have to feel some sympathy for the hawkers, who seem to get the same kind of treatment around the World. Perhaps there is a perception that, as in a James Bond film, potential assassins invariably appear in the guise of an innocuous cabbie, waiter, mendicant or street vendor. The trouble is, the more innocuous they seem, the more potentially useful becomes the possibility of disguise and the greater the security risk they present. You can see the dilemma!
