Comments: The worst outcome from the summit,

I guess this is likely to mean the announcement of fresh and/or more reliable funding for the Global Environment Facility (GEF) which was set up after the Rio Earth Summit but which has recently run out of funds... and thus clout. Matt @ www.earthsummit.info

good afternoon.
From Paris we have been asking too for a such WEO.
We were thinking to a fuse of all the budgeted founds of each europeean countries. We were sorry that UK doesn't belong yet to the Euro area. But we are very pleased to read that the professor Presscot agrees with us and that he is recalling the case of GEF.
